Agency Data Transfer Services Merges with ITC
Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC) and Agency Data Transfer Services announced today a joint agreement in which the two companies will merge. Through this merger, ADTS will now be part of the Insurance Technologies Corporation Pre-Fill Division. The division will utilize Agency Data Transfer Services' state-of-the-art technology for eliminating data entry by insurance MGAs, carriers, and agents.
Carrollton, Texas – Wednesday, May 13, 2009 – Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC) and Agency Data Transfer Services announced today a joint agreement in which the two companies will merge. Through this merger, ADTS will now be part of the Insurance Technologies Corporation Pre-Fill Division. The division will utilize Agency Data Transfer Services' state-of-the-art technology for eliminating data entry by insurance MGAs, carriers, and agents.
