AgencyBuzz Now Integrates with HawkSoft CMS

The integration allows HawkSoft CMS to share client information with AgencyBuzz, including line of business, status, effective/expiration dates, contact information and lead source. The integration is schedulable so the users can push their client information into AgencyBuzz at a time convenient for them.

Accessible from any Internet-connected computer, AgencyBuzz is an automated insurance agency marketing system that increases closing ratios and improves retention by keeping agencies in front of their prospects and clients through consistent communication with a personal touch. Agents use AgencyBuzz to send monthly newsletters, birthday or anniversary cards, holiday cards, customer service surveys, follow up emails and cross-selling emails.

Users will need to download a widget for the integration to work and can contact their AgencyBuzz coordinator for the download link. AgencyBuzz also integrates with ITC’s online marketing platform Insurance Website Builder, comparative rater TurboRater and agency management system InsurancePro.
