ITC Names Don Hobdy Jr. VP of Sales

In his new position as vice president of sales, Hobdy is responsible for managing ITC’s sales team and helping ITC reach its sales goals. He joined ITC in 2011 as an agency growth and efficiency consultant and has more than 16 years of sales experience and more than 13 years of working in the insurance industry.
“Don has exhibited great leadership through coaching other members of the sales team and helping the sales team to grow, making his transition to vice president of sales a natural change,” said Laird Rixford, president of ITC. “Plus, his work on strategic partnerships with agencies, cluster groups and MGAs has been paramount to the success of ITC.”
Prior to joining ITC, Hobdy worked as director of sales and marketing at ABC Insurance Agency and as a technology consultant to small businesses. He is a licensed insurance agent in Texas.
